Back At You!!

There were two high school sweethearts who went out together for four years in high school and were both virgins and enjoyed losing their virginity with each other in 10th grade. When they graduated, they wanted to both go to the same college but the girl was accepted to a college on the east coast, and the guy went to the west coast. They agreed to be faithful to each other and spend anytime they could together. As time went on, the guy would call the girl but she was never home and when he wrote, she would take weeks to return any letters. Even when he e-mailed her, she took days to return his messages. Finally, she confessed to him that she wanted to date around. He didn’t take this very well and increased his calls and letters and e-mails trying to win back her love. Because she became annoyed, and now had a new boyfriend, she wanted to get him off her back. So what she did was this:She took a polaroid picture of her sucking her newboyfriend’s unmentionables and sent it to her old boyfriend with a note reading, “I found a new boyfriend, leave me alone.” Well needless to say, this guy was heartbroken, but even more so, hewas pissed. So what he did next was awesome:He wrote on the back of the photo the following: “Dear Mom and Dad, having a great time at college, please send more money!” and then mailed the picture to her parents.

Are You Scared?
Posted by Nico Yan in Uncategorized Friday, 29 June 2007 06:55 No Comments
Are you one of those people who just want to be at home but want to meet and great people? I found a site called FriendFinder which serves as a bridge to people who are, I might say, afraid of meeting people in real-time (face to face). Though you have to register yourself much like other community websites.
There are different people with different ways of meeting people, or who searches for a specific trait in a person, or those who are not good at meeting people upfront for the first time. That website gives you the most powerful tool called ?search? that will help you find people who is within one?s reach (taste).
In my opinion online friend search has advantages to specific people and thus also meeting people face to face. It depends on the person who wants to meet people. I?m a people person even if it?s online or in the real world, I don?t have any problems meeting them.
We have different styles, so don?t go and base what you will do on other?s opinion, explore what is best for you. Meeting other people and having them as friends are a good way of telling that world that you are here and people knows you.
Go visit the site and register for free then meet people. But don?t have my word on it, I just stumble upon it and wanted to share.

Where Have All My Downloads Gone?
Posted by Nico Yan in General Tuesday, 26 June 2007 02:02 No Comments
Last Saturday when I got home from work, I notice that there is someone working on my computer and brother is overseeing that. When I entered the house, I went straight to my room, my brother greeted my with a sour face and he said that they didn’t know how my pc work (Vista Mode), right then I knew that Globelines is installing my DSL connection. I took over the installation when the personnel making it work didn’t know what to do. I pointed out some factors why it ain’t working and successfully made it work in a whooping speed of 1 min (hehehehehe).
Last time they where using Speedtouch 330 which is a USB DSL modem. Now they installed a Samsung 4501 (if I remember correctly) which is both a USB and Ethernet DSL modem (I’m using the ethernet connection). I haven’t tested my connection speed yet because I downloaded One Piece episodes and some high quality movies for my ipod. I need to setup a securely remote connection to my computer so that I can check my downloads.
How I miss my broadband connection. Now this will help me and wife on posting sponsored post on our weblogs hehehehe.

Windows Vista Ultimate And Mac OSX Tiger
Posted by Nico Yan in Uncategorized Friday, 22 June 2007 01:08 No Comments
I’m running Windows Vista Ultimate and MacOSX 10 dual boot at home.
MacOSX is really faster and I’m running it on a Intel Pentium Celeron D processor though I have problems on a couple of drivers, my audio and modem. But I have no problems on applications and softwares within the operating system. I’m still on a newbie stage of learning OSX menus, applications and other stuff. It runs smoothly from boot up to shutdown.
Windows Vista Ultimate is the new operating system by Microsoft. I have been a beta tester since beta 1 and it improves a lot since then. At first it was called Windows Longhorn and later on renamed to Windows Vista. The look and feel is much like of the OSX counterpart though Microsoft says both are different. The Aero skin is what people are talking about, also the Window Sidebar helps a lot. You really have a better computer spec to run this though.
There are a lot of desktop enhancements that will get your Windows XP look like and feels like these 2 operating system and you don’t have to sacrifice resources on these programs. I’ll post more about these programs later on.
Oh I’m running Windows XP here at the office but it looks like Windows Vista
